Sara Regnier received her 200 hour certification from Deep River School of Yoga at the Bija Institute and is a member of Yoga Alliance. Sara hopes to have her students gain space in their mind and body through the yoga classes she teaches. With a focus on breathing and physical techniques she is optimistic that students will learn to have a calm mind and always be in present moment, not only on their mat but throughout their day.
